What types of footwear do you customize?

We specialize in customizing sneakers, clogs, and other footwear with rhinestones, making each pair a unique piece of art. In most cases, colors and charms are totally customizable. Please reach out to us to let us know what you have in mind.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard shipping time is approximately 4-6 weeks. If you need your order sooner, you can purchase a rush order to receive it in as soon as 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all items shipped within the US are shipped for free from California. We also ship Internationally but the shipping cost is paid by the customer. Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What happens if my order arrives late due to the shipping carrier?

While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Do the special laces and shoe charms I see in the photos come with the shoes?

No, special laces and shoe charms depicted in photos do not come with the shoes unless otherwise indicated. These items can be purchased as add-ons in the extras section.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Are the shoes you use authentic?

Yes, we only purchase authentic shoes directly from reputable vendors such as nike.com, Crocs.com, StockX or FootLocker.

Who does the customizations?

All customizations are done by hand by our skilled artisan at Let it Shine Designs.

Are you affiliated with any shoe brands?

No, Let It Shine Designs is not a shoe retailer. We use authentic footwear as a canvas for our art. We are not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by any designer, supplier, or manufacturer. All product and company names are the registered trademarks of their original owners.
