Once we receive your shoes, our skilled artisans will meticulously add the rhinestones according to your specifications.
Lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your shoes.

Shoe Condition: We recommend sending shoes in new condition. We cannot be responsible for results on used shoes. 
Shoe Box: We cannot be responsible for damage to the shoe box during the shipping process.
