Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Each shoe is custom made to order. Lead time is approximately 4 weeks. All items shipped within the US are shipped for free from California. We also ship Internationally but the shipping cost is paid by the customer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
